Social Worker/Psychotherapist MSW, RSW – Owner
Christa has Master’s degree in Social Work and is a registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She has varied clinical experience in the areas of mental health, depression and anxiety, trauma, addictions, client advocacy, capacity building, working with adolescents, child development and attachment.
Psychotherapist, RP, EMDR Certified

Mariah is a Registered Psychotherapist who provides a person-centred approach that expands around a strong therapeutic relationship and trust building. Mariah is additionally certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This therapy aids in processing distressing issues by enabling the brain to continue its natural healing process. She brings unique experience to the field through a love of art and expression for youth, teens and adults in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, child development, relationships and mental health.

Martine   is a Social Worker with many years of experience working as a Social Worker/Psychotherapist in the mental health field. Martine has worked with youth and adults, couples, families and groups. She has a wealth of experience treating depression, many forms of anxiety, issues around self-esteem, trauma, relationships, self-harm and emotional dysregulation.

Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Cameron has a Master’s degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University in Ottawa. He is a CRPO registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is trained in individual therapy and is available for both short and long-term therapy. Cameron practices therapy that is strength-based, collaborative and empathetic. He offers psychotherapy from an integrative clinical perspective, informed by several evidence-based, theoretical approaches, such as psychodynamic, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural and narrative.

Taylor Sul

Psychotherapist (Qualifying),

Taylor is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), graduating from Yorkville University with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. She acknowledges that each client is unique and welcomes a holistic approach, thus utilizing integrated and person-centred techniques with clients. Taylor offers therapy to individuals and families for both youth, teens and adults in an array of areas including trauma, mental health, and life transitions.

Cydney is a Registered Psychotherapist –  Who utilizes an integrated, person-centred approach with her clients, recognizing that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all and must be tailored to the specific needs of every one of her clients. She encourages the development of trust, collaboration, and respect through a non-judgement and down-to-earth approach, meeting her clients where they are at, to create a safe and inclusive environment.

Kaylie is a Registered Psychotherapist who works with CLM Counselling and Psychotherapy to provide counselling to youth, teens, and adults looking to work on their mental health. Graduating from the University of Ottawa with a M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology, Kaylie has worked in university and clinical settings to help individuals identify and work towards their mental health goals.

Casey practices using an integrated approach to therapy, knowing that one size does not fit all. While supporting clients with challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma including ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences).

Registered Social Worker, RSW

Courtney is a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting adults in mental health and addiction recovery. She has also worked with individuals experiencing significant life stressors including relationship problems, caregiver burnout, and major life events or transitions. She is versed in client advocacy and community resources.

Student Therapist

Sophie is a student therapist at City University of Seattle and is in the process of qualifying with the CRPO. She practices under the supervision of Christa McParlan and Lori Eaton and uses a strength-based approach that integrates principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ACT and a person-centred approach. Helping clients live in alignment with their values.
