Mariah is a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying. Mariah provides a person-centred approach that expands around a strong therapeutic rapport and trust building. Mariah brings unique experience to the field with a love of art and expression for youth, teens and adults in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, child development, relationships and mental health. Mariah has worked with individuals from all walks of life and understands the person as a whole when working through any of life’s hurdles. She emphasizes that compassion and understanding are at the root of her framework and uses this in practice as well as in life.
