Martine is a Social Worker with many years of experience working as a Social Worker/Psychotherapist in the mental health field.

Martine has worked with youth and adults, couples, family and groups. She has a wealth of experience treating depression, many forms of anxiety, issues around self-esteem, trauma, relationships, self-harm and emotional dysregulation.

She has extensive training in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Treatment, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Compassionate-Focused Therapy as well as other treatment modalities. 

Martine is a compassionate, down-to-earth, non-judgemental therapist who believes in developing honest and open therapeutic relationships, with the goal of addressing your areas of concern.  She will help you to gain insight into these areas and help you to identify obstacles that may prevent you from reaching your goals with your life, your overall well-being and your relationships.
