Taylor is a Registered Psychotherapist who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She takes an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. Taylor is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore meaningful change.
Taylor works collaboratively with clients to develop a therapeutic experience that aligns with their goals, values, and individual needs. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practices, and mindfulness-based interventions, she supports clients in building self-awareness, resilience, and practical coping strategies. She has additional training in trauma, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Taylor has experience working with youth, adolescents, and adults navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and neurodiversity-related experiences. She recognizes the importance of meeting clients where they are and believes that therapy is most effective when clients can move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable for them.
Taylor strives to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship that encourages growth, self-compassion, and lasting change. She welcomes clients seeking support, insight, or a safe space to navigate life’s challenges and is currently accepting youth, adolescent, and adult clients either in person or virtually.
