At CLM Counselling & Psychotherapy, we believe meaningful support begins with feeling comfortable, understood and genuinely heard. Our team provides compassionate, individualized care in a welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
Every person comes to therapy with a different story, different experiences and different reasons for seeking support. That means the support you receive should feel personal, too.
At CLM, our therapists bring different areas of experience, perspectives and approaches to their work. Together, we create a supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood and comfortable moving forward at your own pace.
Therapy starts with having space to talk openly and knowing someone is truly listening.
Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters. We’ll help you find support that feels right for you.
We’ll meet you where you are and move forward together at a pace that feels right.
CLM Counselling & Psychotherapy is a local practice in the heart of Carleton Place, offering a welcoming space for individuals and families to access support within their own community.
Our team brings together different areas of experience and therapeutic approaches, making it easier to find someone who feels like the right fit for you.
You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. Our goal is to create a space where you can settle in, feel comfortable and talk about what’s going on without pressure or judgment.
Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’ve been here before, we’ll meet you where you are.
